Leadership Development

We believe that while some leadership qualities are innate, others are learned.  We also believe that leadership is “situational.”  In other words, what is needed for one business may not meet the needs of all businesses.  With an instrument we have developed for twenty years, family members can assess the attributes of leadership as they apply to the needs of the business and as they apply to individual aspiring and emerging leaders.
